N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. "We really enjoyed our winter vacation in the small apartment. The children were able to play around the house because no cars could drive in the immediate vicinity due to the winter conditions.There was also the opportunity to go sledding right in front of the house. "Felt like a rich edwardian staying in this lovely old hotel. Big room, big bathroom, wide corridors and vast lounge. Great breakfast with sweet, attentive staff. Close to the lake. Shuttle to and from the railway station a godsend. Staying 2 days, we received a free gondola and transport pass. Switzerland is of course very expensive, but provided quality, efficiency and cleanliness everywhere we visited. "
