Familienurlaub

Den Kindern und uns hatte es sehr gefallen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, es passte alles so wie es in der Beschreibung geschrieben, 5 min bis zum Strand, der Strand was sauber Wasser klar. 10-15 min je wie man unterwegs ist gab es paar Fitness Geräte wo man sich mit eigen Gewicht Sportlich halten kann. Das einkaufen 5 min. Essen gehen je nach Auswahl 10-15 min. der Markt Postbank sind 15 min. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

Perfekter Familienurlaub auch für viele Personen

Die FeWo liegt sehr ruhig mit herrlichem Ausblick über das Meer gelegen am Rande von Postira. In 5 Gehminuten liegt ein Minimarkt. In 15 Gehminuten ist man ist der Stadt. Zum nahe gelegenen Strand sind es 5 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind wirklich klasse, sehr familiär und freundlich. Fazit: Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder! :))

Unpleasant experience

Overall we had an unpleasant experience with the place due to the owner's behavior. - On arrival, we got forced to deposit additional 200 euros in cash by the owners, which was not mentioned anywhere on the vrbo website as obligatory. - We were supposed to have the whole place only for our own as indicated on the vrbo website, yet during the first few days one floor was occupied by other guests, and the owners were present at all the time living in the facility. - The communication with the owners is very hard, as they only speak German and Croatian, no Engilsh. - On the departure, we wanted to schedule the visit of the owners to check the appartament for the evening before, as we were to leave at 5:45 next day to reach the early ferry. The owners said its impossible, and they will show up at 5:30 to see the place. At the morning, they were late, arriving at 5:40, and took more than 20 minutes checking the apartment which caused us to be in the hurry for the ferry and made everybody nervous. Everything was cleaned nicely and there was nothing broken, yet the owner communicated to us that she is charging us additional money because of her cleaning of the grill that we were using! The cleaning fee was already charged by the vrbo website during payment, and we didnt get any information from the owner about this service! We would clean the grill perfectly as we did to the whole apartment at the end of our stay instead of paying additional fee for that service if only this was communicated to us by the owner. There was no time to talk about this, we were late for the ferry, and the owners dont speak English. We feel as we got robbed. Everybody from the group had a terrible end of the holidays in Croatia. We do not recommend this place for any guests because of the amount of trouble caused by the owner during our stay.

Bel appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Brac

Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique sur la mer ! Idéal pour découvrir l'île et à 5 min à pied de la plage, et proche du centre port. Nous recommandons vivement !

Urlaub Juni-Juli 2018 bei Ehepaar Holjievac

Wir sind mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern angereist, 5 Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und ein Baby. Das Babybett hatten wir im Reisegepäck. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. In der Buchung wurden 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind angegeben, sodass es bei dem Ehepaar eine leichte Mißstimmung erzeugte, weil wir dieses nicht korrigiert hatten. Die beiden Wohnungen waren sauber und funktionell ausgestattet. Die obere Wohnung war nur durch eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Wir hatten aber ein Ferienhaus für 10 Personen gebucht, stattdessen bekamen wir 2 Ferienwohnungen. Die Hausbesitzer residieren in dem Haus oben rechts in einer seperaten Wohnung und in einer Erdgeschosswohnung. Am zweiten Abend wollte sich unser Sohn in die obere Wohnung zurückziehen, doch die Haustür ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen. Er stieg aus dem Fenster neben der Haustür und informierte die Hausbesitzer. Zuerst kam Frau Holjevac und meinte, das Schliesssystem hätte 500 € gekostet. Netterweise sagte sie daraufhin, wir sollten aus dem Fenster steigen, wenn die Tür sich nicht öffnen lasse. Später stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um einen Wartungsfehler handelte. Die angebotenen Liegen und den Grillplatz haben wie nicht genutzt,weil sich alles in der untersten Etage befinden. Wir genossen lieber die schöne Aussicht auf der Terrasse unserer Wohnung. MFG. Joachim Zenner

Kroatien/Brac/Postira/Vila Ruza

Waren von 6.7.13 bis 28.7.13 in der Villa Ruza! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen! Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber – selbst auf kleine Dekorationen (Lavendel und Blumengesteck) wurde nicht vergessen! Es gibt eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, worüber wir immer wieder sehr froh waren ;) Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend! Auch unsere Kinder (Buben, 3 + 8 Jahre) wurden wirklich liebevoll behandelt! Man merkt, dass die Vermieter selbst Kinder bzw. Enkel haben und man spürt ihre Freude, wenn sie mit Kinder zu tun haben! Kochmöglichkeit und Waschmaschinenmitbenutzung waren für uns ausreichend! Auch die Wohnungsreinigung (1x pro Woche) war ausreichend. Putzutensilien sind vorhanden, falls man mehr machen möchte. Für Fragen aller Art (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Internet, usw.) waren die Vermieter mit Hilfe immer zu Hand! Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, macht man einen längeren Spaziergang, gibt es noch weitere kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; große Supermärkte (LIDL) sind mit dem Auto erreichbar( ca 15 min). Von der Villa Ruza ist ein Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen, alle weiteren Strände sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bis auf einen Sandstrand gibt es hauptsächlich Kiesstrände (mit Badeschuhen aber durchaus auch kindergeeignet)in der näheren Umgebung. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub!
