"Stayed two nights here after having spent two nights at a different hotel in Copacabana. The difference in both neighbourhood and accommodation were immediate. The staff were very welcoming and offered a welcome drink which I had on the rooftop before my room was ready. Great views from the roof and my room as well (could see Cristo Redentor). "Amazing stay! Stayed at the Janeiro hotel for 3 nights with a group of 4 friends and everything from the rooms to the service was impeccable. Rooms are large, very well designed, and very comfortable, with added personalized touches that made our stay all the more special. Bathrooms are also quite large and the shower is amazing. We enjoyed our welcome drinks from the rooftop which has a really nice view (and the drink options also top notch) and a nice ambiance at night. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant except for ordering from the beach, which I will say took a very long time to arrive. Other than that the stay was absolutely perfect.
