  • This cozy downstairs apartment located on a quiet side street, will have you feeling at home upon entrance. The entire home has been recently remodeled and updated with new appliances and top of the line furniture. Located on the other end of Bay Street is Ives Park; Potsdam’s beautiful village park, that sits on the bank of the Raquette River. This home is just two houses down from the back entrance of SUNY Potsdam and only a few blocks away from downtown Potsdam.
