The hotel itself is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. Breakfast is good. Beds are quite firm (a little hard for some of us). The location is good except that it's located near train tracks. Woke up 3 times because of train noise.

The staff, I'm referring to the front desk only; nice and professional, but the rooms were dirty and smelly, there was trash all over the hallways, and the breakfast was terrible—nothing but milk and cereal. I won't be going back to that place.
