"My husband took me, grammy, auntie and our kiddos to Bodega Bay for my birthday and this property was far more than expected. Beautiful, clean, WAY more spacious and open than the photos give the vibe of. The light in the main area is to die for and the view of golfers having their morning tee was more entertaining than expected. You can watch sunset on the bay from behind the house. It's far on the horizon, but still spectacular. Deer were everywhere and we loved walking to the beach. It was through the neighborhood and the hills were steep but not too much for grammy. stairs to the beach would be hard for those with mobility concerns, but It was a special lil adventure and walk on the beach a couple mornings. Doran was right down the street, local eateries were pleasant and the trip was just perfect. The hot tub, fireplace and BBQ were all used and fantastic and the host was overly communicative In the perfect kid of way. we knew we would be cared for well.Only drawback was main living area doesn't have a bathroom without going into a bedroom. As long as that works for your group, enjoy! It was a spectacular lil beach town residence. Toys, chairs and boogie boards for the beach too if youre there in the warmer months."

"Well stocked, great ocean views and deck, beautiful landscape, and actually sharp knives which is rare. Love the large dining table adjacent to the comfortable living room, and right across the street from a fantastic trail that leads to sweeping ocean vistas. The front porch patio is a great spot to relax and get away when the sun is hot on the western side, which it was on our stay during a bay area heat wave. Didnt use the hot tub, but it was clean and hot. Highly recommend."

She really thought of everything that you might need for your stay. It is in a wonderful location the rooms are spacious and very clean and we have an absolutely wonderful time."

"My second time staying at this quaint hotel. The bed is incredibly comfortable and for a solo traveler, the room is the right size. I would imagine for two people it is more of a tight fit. As it’s an old house, the walls are quite thin so I could hear nearly every word of the boisterous conversation next door, and the kitchen staff cleaning up at the restaurant downstairs is quite loud if you’re trying to get an early night’s sleep. Maybe bring a sound machine if those kinds of noises bother you. The water pressure in the shower was quite low and not a lot of water comes out, so don’t expect a luxurious shower experience. But overall, a cute place to make a weekend getaway and very clean and well cared for. Note there is no staff on site and it is self check-in."
