Have stayed here many times b/c it is up to date, clean, and quiet. This time, one of the two elevators was out-of-order, which was a pain. The only downside is the endless nickel-and-diming by Hilton, trying to get you to pay extra fees (unless you are a "diamond" member); e.g., for breakfast, better wi-fi, etc. It's annoying. It's nice that they have a little self-service convenience mart, but they rape you on those items also.

The staff was the greatest element of our stay, they were truly fantastic. Professional, friendly and personable, especially Peter at the front desk - and Johny the bartender. The facilities were clean and well-maintained with the exception that the Jacuzzi had been in operable for several months, including while we were there and the hotel was undergoing an overhaul on their water system, shutting off the water from 11 to 4 during the day that we were there. This caused some discomfort and a minor hardship but overall the day was good.

We were very welcomed upon arrival. The only thing I found disappointing was the housekeeping. It was less than desired I have not been around a room that was not cleaned up wiped down and vacuumed as it was supposed to be every other day. The people were extremely friendly and kind in the lobby and restaurant area that was wonderful It was just housekeeping that I found less than desirable but there could be extenuating situation where they are shorthanded One never knows and I'll always give them the benefit of the doubt.
