Large rooms, clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay great was the staff. Particularly the front desk staff of Matteo and Antonio who helped us with some very challenging tasks, but they stuck with it and helped us complete them. The bar staff were also great-Tomas. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Value was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again.

tough to park, no restaurant open before 730PM

Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around a cute town, but the hotel has a solid restaurant with a good breakfast and nice dinner dishes overlooking the lake.

Room was scantily appointed but linens , floor , bathroom were all clean. Breakfast was okay.. nothing special but they did do cappuccinos and had done hot eggs .. rest was cold cuts, pastries , yogurt and nuts. Would’ve appreciated some proper shampoo and conditioner, and nice lotion and a dryer that wasn’t stuck to the wall and you could barely get in front of the mirror to use. Also would’ve appreciated a comfortable chair. Also my room was in front of a construction zone so you had to keep the windows basically closed in the blinds shut otherwise the working guys looking at you the whole time the staff at the front desk were wonderful and the location was good. I would’ve definitely recommended that they give their clients a map of the area with the important things because I ask where to go to find grocery store and she told me the name of the store and I googled it searched it and I had to go pretty far to find it, and meanwhile there was one I found at the last day I was I was in this town like literally 10 minutes from my place way closer and she never told me and it was a different name they didn’t go by carrefour it went by Market, but didn’t show up on my map search and I ended up walking too far for five bottles of water way past the train downstairs upstairs it was crazy. That I was not appreciative. this hotel worked for what I needed to do. And I didn’t know better and i would stay somewhere else.
