This apartment is very central and it is easy to get trams from where this aparement less than 5 mins to the tram stop, as family holiday it was very welcoming. Only down fall was no washing machine in the apartment, but managed. We definitely be back again

Huge, beautiful, strategically located apartment

Everything was amazing, instruction was clear, reception was attentive, huge, beautiful retro-styled and complete with all the basic necessities. It’s also very close to the old town and square so it’s really strategically located. It’s unfortunate that it was only a short stay. We really enjoyed staying there. Parking was not that far from the place, maybe a short 5 mins walk. But for people with wheelchairs there are a few steps to get to the apartment though. And the internet was a bit weak. Other than these 2 the place is really wonderful

Convenient and Cozy: A Five-Star Experience

Great apartment, everything was as it should be. We arrived late in the evening after check-in had closed. I received an email at 6 PM on the day with precise instructions for self check-in. The location is fantastic in relation to city life. 5 minutes to most things, yet situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. All in all, a perfect experience that receives my highest recommendations. These are good value apartments for the price on a good location. The quality of the apartments may differ slightly from each other, but the overall experience is good I can recommend this place.

Great apartment - highly recommended.

Great place to stay, highly recommended. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to the main shopping area, but far enough not to have too much street noise. A few restaurants/cafes on the same block - handy for breakfast. The main square was around 15 mins walk. Very clean apartments (had the 3 bedroom apt, which was 2 separate bedrooms, with the lounge as bedroom 3). All rooms had proper beds. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was not the building you have on offer... There are two restaurants and the smell is overwhelming. Also, there are people in and out ( bike deliverers etc ) all day and night. The apartment is nice though. But. It is not the one you advertise....

Asked for a quiet room, got main road which was noisy, no lift so had to do over 70 steps over 4/5 floors to get to the room, balcony was accessible via the room next door which left no privacy at all, shower leaked good bits, 1 minute walk from the main street and 10 minute to the busy bar/square area little shop across the road 5 minute walk to the big shopping centre

Die Lage der Unterkunft an sich ist sehr gut. Es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für 2 Nächte vollkommene ausreichend. Leider befindet sich derzeit eine Baustelle im EG, wo an einem neuen Lokal gearbeitet und auch gebohrt wird. Leider ist das Personal auch nicht allzu freundlich und macht nicht den Anschein große Lust Kundenfreundlich zu sein.

a 100 metri dalla via principale(quella moderna,non quella storica) il centro storico è vicino a portata di passeggiata,penso ad occhio 1 Km. bel palazzo e bella stanza tenuta bene, ti danno le tue chiavi e vai.... logisticamente per la visita alla città è messo benissimo.

Prisvärt boende i centrala Poznan. Fräsch och trevlig lägenhet med högt i tak. Det fanns gott om restauranger, affärer och gågator i närheten. Frukosten serverades i ett café i närheten och var värt varenda krona. Så gott och vällagat i en mysig atmosfär. Parkering var svår att hitta så det var värt att betala för att stå på boendets inhägnade parkering. Trevligt mottagande på kontoret. Det negativa var att det var lyhört och att det bullrades väldigt mycket tidigt på morgnarna.

Een ruime kamer ingericht met redelijk goedkope meubelen. Een mooi compleet keuken met 2-pits kookplaat zonder afzuigkap waardoor de kst erboven bechadigd raakt. De verlichting onder de keukenkast werkte niet. Een kleine badkamer met een kwart rond 80 cm douchehoek, te klein voor mij. Verder was alles aanwezig wat ik verwachtte in de badkamer. De plek van aanmelden, de accomodatie, de plek van ontbijt en de parkeerplek lagen allemaal op verschillende plekken. Maar wel op korte afstand van elkaar en prima te doen. Omdat wij via Expedia hadden geboekt was het ontbijt gratis. Het ontbijt is prima in een gezellige plek, maar er is te weinig zitplek voor de gasten bij een regenachtige dag. De lokatie is een paar stappen vanaf het centrum en een paar honderd meter van de trams, heel makkelijk allemaal. Het restaurant eronder is een heerlijke plek voor dineren, helaas kan je de geuren ook in de kamer ruiken als de wind een beetje ongunstig staat. Mocht je met de auto komen, denk eraan dat het in dit deel éénrichtingsverkeer is met veel geparkeerde auto`s op straat. De auto parkeren op de afgesloten parkeerterrein was makkelijk, helaas was soms iemand die de auto apl voor het hek parkeerde. Gelukkig was dat iemand die wat eten bestelde in het restaurant ernaast.

Good or Ok at best. Pros: - good location - easy access to public transport - modern - balcony - good value for money. Cons: - not so-smart utilization of space and selection of furniture - annoying sofa bed that’s always open to the only bed in the room - not very thoughtful distribution of electric plugs.
