The hospitality was superb. The decor was lovely very stylish. I loved that we were in an area that was accessible to public transportation. I was able to jump on the bus and go to grand Villa and Plaza de España. There was a local market down the street where in case you want to buy water and fruit and yogurt and just necessities that you may want in your room I highly recommend the hotel when we go back to Madrid I will be staying there.

Great location right in Gran Via - right in middle of bustling boulevard and central to all the main sights. We walked everywhere from here. Close to loads of cute cafes, neighborhoods and shopping. Loved the rooftop bar and cafe - will be amazing when it fully opens in a few weeks. Huge room that was recently renovated (club double). Beautifully decorated with very nice amenities. Breakfast brunch was huge and very good.

What an amazing historic property right in the centre of the old walled city! Restaurant in the centuries-okd refectory served wonderful local food and wines at lunch and dinner. Underground night bar is a hidden gem to find. Parking quirky but so very convenient once you find it!
