"Comfortable and clean apartment in a very convenient location. Its a short walk to the supermarket and a number of restaurants. Its located in a quiet area on the edge of the village. The outside area is a bit limited and it is a little dark inside but the facilities are comfortable if a little dated. This is reflected in the reasonable price. The owner was helpful and communicated well with us."

Kurz gesagt: Die Kommunikation ist Katastrophal. Adresse wurde uns erst herausgegeben nachdem wir absurde nicht vereinbarte Nebenkosten gezahlt haben. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Lotschenhof sehr genossen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Wohnung 1 ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die ganze Familie ist ausserordentlich gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Sehr schön ist, dass man den Garten mit benutzen darf und Salat und Kräuter aus dem Hochbeet nehmen kann. "Pros: The apartment is very nice and well equiped, with a lot of wooden elements which give it a cosy atmopshere. The location is beautiful and very quiet. You are really surrounded by nature. Christine is a lovely host and always willing to help with any requests or advice on what to do in the area. Perfect place to stay if you like to hike in the mountains. Cons: Internet connection is somewhat slow given that you are in the mountains."

"Pros: The host was kind and even shared some milk free of cost. It was probably the best milk I've tasted. Room was modern and very clean and had almost everything we needed. The dogs are adorable and I will miss them especially Nelly. The town is very small and quiet. Cons: - The guest book was only in Italian and German I wish there was also a section in english (had to use a translator app) 😊"

"Our stay at Mirabell Alpine Garden Resort was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The dining experience was exceptional. Every meal was delicious, with a fantastic variety of high-quality food and excellent service. It was something we looked forward to each day. The resort itself is stunning. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, and create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Our accommodation was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. One of the highlights was the incredible mountain views from our room. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the mountains from the privacy of our own balcony was simply unforgettable and made our stay feel even more special. We had an amazing time, and if my wife and I return to the area, we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!"

"Check-in was prompt, friendly and professional in the best German tradition. The parked, and our bags were taken to our room right away. Received a Suditrol pass, allowed free access to local trams and public transport as well as valuable information about local activities. The lobby is not grand - two chairs, a stool, some water and a dog water station. But do not be misled, as this is a five-star offering in terms of room and service. The two elevators are fast. Parkade access is well lit and spotless. You must research the hotel access. It is accessed from the parkade (the hotel is atop a large mall complex). Enter the parkade and follow the signs to the hotel. The 6th-floor bar/restaurant shines brightest. Excellent views. Breakfast on par with Sofitel and Fairmont levels. Service staff were great, with special mention to Khalil, who endorsed a fantastic day outing! The Japanese dinner and lounge menu is very good. Bar is good but does not offer a classic vesper martini :) The room was large with a balcony. Enough room to hang clothes and place four suitcases. Shower temperature is constant with good pressure. Toilet in a separate room from the shower. Decent space above and below the counter for items. Bed very comfy with extra pillows and enough room for personal items on side tables. Electrical receptacles are well placed for recharging (wish every hotel did this). Check out the spa/gym/sauna and relaxation room! Beautifiul!"
