The staff at this hotel went beyond the call of duty helping my friend who had a broken ankle and assisting me when I came down sick. In addition, they were always warm, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I plan on returning here every time I visit Prague and will be posting articles on social media and our company website about their level of excellence.

Feels like a Four Seasons- style luxury hotel - but without Four Seasons prices. Lovely elegant room with great bathroom. All the staff were super helpful. Also really appreciated the nightly happy hours and complimentary walking tour of Prague

We loved the hotel, the rooms very very clean, nice size considering EU standard, well kept, very comfortable and the employees were very friendly with impeccable customer service. The area is close to supermarkets and good restaurants, there is a bar next door that seems to be a little noisy but once you are inside the hotel you can not hear anything from outside, the property can only be accessed with your room key, which make us feel very safe. Overall it is a wonderful option to stay in Prague.

The Kll+K Hotel is in a very favourable position with just a short walk to the main square and is easily accessible by bus and tram from the airport. The hotel is very well appointed with very helpful and polite staff. Our stay was four 3 nights at the end of April and I can honestly say is about the best value for money hotel that I have stayed at over many years of travelling and will definitely try and book again if I return to Prague.

The Grandior Hotel was everything I wanted in a Prague Hotel. The room was very clean, all Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful spread. The location made it easy to see all of the attractions. I purchased the Hop on Hop off bus tickets right at the hotel.
