Good location to transport
But noisy rooms because of main road
Un-professional, un-kind , and very cold and un-helpful staff.
Personal impression: Nice little hotel not to far from the center with good public transport connection. The breakfast is quite spartanic and probably not for people caring about healthy options. The restaurant has zero vegetarian offers but may be a good choice for meat lovers. Rooms are cosy, clean and well maintained, though rather noisy due to car traffic around the area, and windows that seem to be not tight at all. There is a rooftop bar which I did not visit.
We ended up checking out the same day we checked in because there air was broken and the girl at the desk was not helpful about trying to find a resolution. However, early the next morning the manager contacted me and apologized, offered a refund, and was very helpful. If we go back I would definitely give this place another shot. I think it was just a new girl on staff that didn’t know what to do, but the manager said she would retrain her and I appreciate her reaching out so proactively!

I was told there would be a balcony in my room ..there was not! I called a week before my holiday and was told on the phone...yes there was a balcony. I would have cancelled if i had been told the truth. We arrived early as it was early flight...asked if we could have a coffee...we would pay...told no even though breakfast was still on. We paid 465 Euros. Upfront...when we got to our room and their was no balcony went to reception and was told no there is not?..i said i called you a week ago you said yes..and he remembered the call..but just mumbled something. We came down for breakfast...hardly any food left...another couple complained and went out for breakfast. The room we had was so small not comfortable. We ended up booking another hotel when we came back to collect our case and check out..we stayed two nights that was enough...the guy never even asked us why we were checking out...money for nothing..absolutely shocking. We went down for a drink the night before we left..we were given a drink ad an apology..these guys do not care if the customer has a good experience. Absolute con.

we apologize for the miscommunication before your arrival. We have balconies only in apartments located in the 5th floor, so I believe that there might be some misunderstanding while having the phone call. I checked the description right after you point out that we have the balcony in room description of all the rooms on Expedia and we immediately I contacted Expedia and fixed the description. We understand that this was misleading information and we are glad that you helped u to eliminate it. We offered you a bottle of prosecco to compensate the negative experience, yet you refused with explanation that you do not enjoy prosecco. As we wanted to provide you with a compensation, we offered you a drink of your choice in the restaurant. After that we kindly asked you about the whole situation and you explained to us that you were the most upset about the fact was that you wished to make a booking of a hotel close to Ceskomoravska underground station and Hotel OYA popped up in the search in Expedia even though it was on the other side of Prague. Proximity settings are not possible to edit from the side of the hotel and it is not something we can adjust on Expedia. As for the whole situation, I would not say that we did not take any steps to ensure you will enjoy your stay, although, I understand you might feel this way. The experience of our guests is important to us and even negative reviews are great way to understand the clients need and to learn how we can improve. Nice hotel but panorama is much better and only round the Corner.
The receptionist tried to charge me extra for my work colleague staying in the room saying the price was per person not for the room.
You can pay $10 more and you can get way better hotels than this in the city. We ordered 1 king bed and we got double bed. There was no AC in the room even though we ordered room with Air Condition. It is far away from the City. The Hotel looks nothing like it’s on pictures. There is no Room Service, No food near by. There is a restaurant which closes at 8 and a rooftop bar which closes at 8 pm as well. If you are hungry or even want water at 10.30, there is no where you can go. Trust me, we walked a mile just to find water.
The staff was great and tried to help but the Hotel had no amenities so they were helpless. Without AC it was a terrible stay. Room service barely cleaned anything. Just reorganizes the stuff from previous day.
Nice hotel close to the metro station. VYou can leave the car in the street and for get it for the entire journey. Hotel and tram are at 2 minutes walking distance.

Mixed bag
A maybe for me. Very noisy on the street side - hard for me to sleep even with earplugs. Very nice staff, in general.
No kettles or coffee in the room. No safes. No AC in normal rooms.
Very near the red line metro and 8 minutes from a nice mall. No laundry service at the hotel but there is a small laundry on the 0 level of the mall that did one day 5 kg laundry for 250 crowns.
No hot water one morning but was fixed on other days. The breakfast was good but the same restaurant was closed one night with no explanation. Happily, the Italian restaurant across the street had good food.
The hotel was nice and clean, close to Metro and tram which makes it easy to travel around the town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall very satisfied with our stay at OYA Hotel.

Leider in Rezeption nur Englisch gesprochen!!!

Pese a que en la descripción del horario de servicio en recepción afirma que está abierto 24 horas, esto no es cierto, es necesario que llegues antes de las 8 pm para hacer check in. En nuestro caso tuvimos que pasar la noche en la sala de recepción hasta el día siguiente a las 8 am hora en que llegó la persona de recepción que fue muy amable pero insensible a sus errores igual cobro la estancia, sólo nos permitió permanecer hasta las 11 am hora límite para hacer check out. También realizó un cargo extra de 100 coronas checas por un impuesto local.
Pratique à côté du métro et du tram. Chambre bien mais bruyante.

Všetko bolo super , no izbu od cesty už by som nebrala . Všetko bolo veľmi počuť . Wifi niekedy vypadávala ale to nieje pre mna tak podstatne . Inak hodnotím veľmi dobre a hlavne úžasná poloha a dostupnosť . Personál veľmi milý a ochotný :)

Als ich das Hotel gebucht hatte, hatte ich mich am meisten auf die Lounge gefreut. Auf die Terrasse und den Ausblick. Wir waren 3 Nächte 4 Tage im Hotel und nicht mal einmal hatte die Lounge auf.
Wenn es auf die Sauberkeit ankommt, muss ich sagen, dass es okay war und das Personal sehr nett war. Was ich an Betten garnicht mag, dass ein Doppelbett aus 2 einzelnen Betten zusammengefügt wird. Dies war leider so. Was mir auch garnicht gefiel war das Steak Restaurant, wo wir auch unser Frühstück machten. Es war viel zu dunkel und das Frühstück war leider zu mager. Ich habe jeden Morgen nur Kaffe und ein Brot mit einem dünnen Käsescheibe gegessen.

Отель хороший, я бы сказал, что я жил и в четрерках похуже. Очень приветливый персонал, заселили быстро. Номер уютный, чистый, есть все необходимое. Рядом с отелем метро и большой торговый центр. Завтрак, так же хороший. Я и моя семья осталмсь довольны. Рекомендую это отель для проживания.
Pokój na parterze od strony ulicy niestety bardzo głośny zarówno pod względem ruchu na ulicy jak i "niedobitków" wracających z miasta, którzy uskuteczniają rozmowy pod hotelem...
Brak klimy w pokoju... powietrze po prostu stało i nie było czym oddychać. Brakuje też chociaż małej lodóweczki na nspoje.
Restauracja z punktem widokowym na ostatnim piętrze-nieczynna.
To chyba wszystkie minusy.
Reszta jak najbardziej ok.
Pokoje przestronne, czyste; łóżko wygodne.
Blisko stacji metra oraz przystanku tramwajowego.

Odore fortissimo in camera!
La camera faceva un fortissimo odore sgradevole , quasi nauseante dovuto forse dalla moquette vecchia e sporca.
No parcheggio nonostante lo avessi richiesto perché era pieno e non è vero che nella strada davanti i parcheggi sono gratuiti anzi! Si pagano!

thank you for staying with us. We feel terrible that you haven´t been fully satisfied with you stay. The housekeeping cleans the room every day so I am shocked that the carpet had some unpleasant smell. The carpet in the room is being cleaned by special carpet cleaning machine as we speak. Thank you for letting us know. As for the troubles with the parking. We are not able to fulfil the request for "free parking" when we charge 12 € per night. The parking cannot be free because we rent the parking lot from the city therefore, we are required to pay for it as well. I wrote you a message before your arrival where I stated the situation with blue zones and also that there is necessary to pay at specific times of day. Here is what I sent you: "Another option is to park nearby the hotel on the street (blue lines on the ground) where you may park for free between 18:00 - 8:00, for the rest of the day you are required to pay." I understand that the parking in Prague might be complicated, however, we gave you the information. Wish you a nice day and please accept our apologies.

Clean and spacious room. We slept well. Good breakfast buffet with all you need. The restaurant has very special and nice decor. Pay attention which rooms have air conditioning and which not.

Hübsches kleines Hotel im Prager Bezirk Pankrac. Top Nahverkehrsverbindung durch S- und U-Bahn vor der Tür. Superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Frühstück wird am 3. Tage eintönig, ist aber klassisch und gut. Autostellplätze im Hof sind zwar vorhanden, für 12€/Nacht aber etwas teuer, da sich direkt vor der Tür eine größere Fläche zum Abstellen des Fahrzeuges kostenlos bietet.
Wir würden's jederzeit wieder buchen!!!

В отеле все очень чисто, удобные кровати, тепло в номере, но от окна немного дует. Отличный ресторан, с вкусной кухней и низкими ценами. В пешей доступности торговый центр, паб, метро, Вышеград.
Удивило отсутствие чайника и холодильника.
