"Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars. The deluxe room is just right at the corner of the reception, very noisy and cramped. When we arrived we were informed that the sauna was in another facility 2 kilometres away - not sure if we meant to walk all the way there. "

"O quarto é rústico e confortável. A cama é do estilo mais antigo então é um pouco mais baixa. O quarto não tem mesa de canto nem abajur então pode dificultar uma leitura noturna. O banheiro não tem tapete então como o box não é fechado pode molhar um pouco o banheiro e o quarto. Também não conta com amenidades como sabonete ou touca de banho. Também não é disponibilizado toalha de rosto. O café da manhã é mais básico então é bom alinhar as expectativas.

"Uma vez mais optamos por estar nessa pousada porém ficamos um pouco chateados pela inexistência de um atendimento minimamente próximo. Gostariamos de novo de usufruir da pequena piscina que de novo estava imprópria para o uso.
No entanto a possibilidade de prepararmos nossas próprias refeições é algo que apreciamos e nesse quesito a disponibilidade da cozinha extremamente limpa, organizada e bem equipada nos encanta."

"O hotel esta todo reformado e é bastante confortável.
O café da manhã é bem fraco e achei os atendentes bem rudes.
Quando foram me mostrar o quarto, por exemplo, o rapaz de recepção me disse textualmente o seguinte: “aí tem umas comidas em cima da mesa. Se comer, paga.”
Qq pessoa que frequenta hotel sabe que se paga para consumir bebidas e comidas no quarto. Poderia ate ser reiterada essa informação, mas de uma forma mais educada.
Enfim, um bom hotel, mas que precisa treinar seus...
