"When checking in at around 3:45 PM, the lady at the front desk made it abundantly clear that I was inconveniencing her. Apparently, she had ordered food from Taco Bell and was upset that I had interrupted her meal. She offered no helpful or informative information (i.e. breakfast hours, amenities, etc.). Upon checkout the following morning, I got the impression I had interrupted either the day clerk's sleep or his game (not sure which one). It was not great customer service at either check-in or check-out. "

"Filthy hot tub, floors, no hot breakfast like advertised, no one at front desk. When they did come, rude and unfriendly. We ordered a king suite, got a king room with a crappy hot tub, no bars to get in/ out off it. Paid price of a suite not room. Need a partial refund...."

"I loved my experience and the house is very nice ! I would definitely book again . I just wished we could’ve had a Tv . That house is too nice to not have a television in it . Also the fridge don’t get cold , but I kind of think maybe we was trying to turn it on wrong but the fridge did not get cold at all . Other than that everything was Great ! "

"Great place with an awesome view. We booked to go to the Miss State/Georgia game and it was just a short drive away. Got to visit my hometown of West Point as well. Wish we had the time to bring the boat and tour the Tenn-Tom."
