He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be looking for my reservation but apparently had to log in to one system after another and just kept saying, “1 second” over and over. In the end, I finally got my 2 rooms. Then the guest next to me starts blaring music at 1am and singing along to it…..but that’s a story for...
