"Great breakfast "

"To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint. As there were no dressers to store your clothes in, you had to live out of your suitcase. The items that you wanted to hang up also became a problem as there were only 4 hangers in one bedroom, one hanger in the second bedroom and none in the 3rd bedroom. I could go on with more about the sub-par conditions compared to the prime rental costs but will leave it as I would not rent this property again. "

"Good hotel "

"This beautiful property was the perfect setting for our 55th anniversary celebration. Our out of town guests stayed in the vintage home and they really were impressed and felt pampered. The rooms were spacious and charming. The stairs were a challenge for our over 75 guests. I would suggest that light colored strips be applied to each step to help those with failing eyesight see each step better. The kitchen was fantastic with the chef's range and industrial refrigerators. The guest house was ideal for getting dressed before the ceremony.i would recommend this beautiful home to anyone but especially for those looking for a venue for a small event. "

"We loved this rental. The view is outstanding. We felt at home immediately. Beau placed the most realistic flowers throughout the home. The hammocks, swings and fire pit were great! It was so nice watching the people enjoy the beach, located right across from us. Lots of birdsong added to the peacefulness of the property. And we couldn't ask for a better host. Like Tony the Tiger, Beau is Grreat!"
