This exclusive pool villa on the island of Ugljan in Northern Dalmatia is located just about 70 metres from the sea and offers space for up to 10 people. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, three private bathrooms, a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two furnished terraces with sea views. The outdoor area impresses with a private seawater pool, sun loungers, parasol, Hollywood swing, and barbecue facilities.
The villa is modernly equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, baby cot on request and parking for two vehicles. Pets are welcome upon request (up to 10 kg). Bed linen and towels are provided.
The location in a quiet, central residential area offers short distances to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and public transport. The gravel beach is just a few steps away. Leisure activities within a 20-kilometre radius range from water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, cycling, tennis, bocce, fitness, bird watching, wine and olive tasting to leisure parks and nightlife.
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, internet, pool use, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, baby cot, additional bed for toddlers, and the tourist tax. Pets incur a small additional charge.
