Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ugljan. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed plot with meadow, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
