Villa Karmen Adriatica**** is a brand new, modern building, built for a comfortable vacation next to the sea with Mediterranean atmosphere and plenty of sunshine, peace and silence
The house is located next to the sea, approximately 15m from the sea. There is a long promenade to the house with no car traffic. In front of the house is furnished entrance to the sea, garden and outdoor shower with cold and hot water.
The house is 140m2, with a terrace behind the house, in total of 200m2 and 24m2 swimming pool with a plot of 630m2.
The house consists of a tavern / basement of 15m2; ground floor 50m2 + covered terrace 16m2, 63m2 floor + balcony 11m2.
The house is energy class A - ecologically equipped with solar hot water system, waste water purifier, inverter air conditioners, low-floor floor heating, Wifi and SAT, TV, telephone. All windows and doors are made of three-layer glass, protected by Al grills and mosquito nets.
Behind the house is a heated swimming pool, 6 x 4 m with a sunbathing area and a sunny shower. Beside it is a 35m2 terrace with barbecue, work surface and sink; large table for 8 - 10 people and parasol.
