I liked the front desk staff. If not them we would cancel our reservation and go to the other hotel. Location and room sizes were shocking, breakfast very limited. Preserved fruit served in the summer, etc

Staff in dining area over streched
Food, same menu every day, not good. Not enough options.
Toilet area smells of vinager this is because your pipework underneath has mildew/damp under toilet. Not good.

My room faced out onto a building site - the property next to the cathedral was being rebuilt.
Awful view and noisy.
The hotel room itself was tired. I imagine it was really nice 15 years ago.

"Lovely comfortable hotel within walking distance of Llanes. The car park was controlled by barriers using number plate recognition so felt safe and there were plenty of spaces. The staff were all very friendly."
