Perfect location in Premantura

We stayed one amazing week in June 2024. The apartment, in a good position to explore Kamenjak beaches, was perfect, It had all that You need. Near the apartment there are all services: restaurants and markets.

Wunderschönes Zuhause auf Zeit

Wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, gute Betten und bequeme Sitzmöbel. Unser "Sehnsuchtsort" Nationalpark Kap Kamenjak ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, etliche Restaurants und ein gut sortierter Laden sind im Ort. Wir empfehlen das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiter! Unsere Tipps: Bucht Pinizule im Nationalpark, Grillteller im Restoran Kamenjak (gleich nebenan), abends nach Rovinj(oft Livemusik bis in die Nachsaison), Tagesausflug nach Rabac (Ostküste, ca 1Std. Fahrt)

Familien Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Zentral gelegen mit vielen Restaurants in der nähe und schönen Merblick. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und Problemlos. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Schöne neue Wohnung für 2-3 Personen

+ alles ist neu, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet + alle Zimmer mit Meerblick, Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter und Außenjalousien + Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants 5 min Fußweg entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig aber: es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen müssen, dass die Wohnung für max. 3 Personen geeignet ist: - keine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit für Strandutensilien und die vielen Sitzauflagen der Balkonmöbel. Ein Schrank in der Wohnung nicht nutzbar, weil abgeschlossen. Wenn man nicht zu viert ist, bietet das Kinderzimmer Stauraum. - auf dem Balkon kann man nur zu dritt gemütlich sizten. Man kann dort keine Mahlzeiten essen, es gibt nur einen Tisch in Couchhöhe - Sofa für max. 3 Personen - zu wenig Besteck für 4, d.h. nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen - Kühlschrank ist zu klein für 4 Personen in der Sommerzeit Leider funktionierte der Transponder für das Parkplatztor in der 2. Woche nicht mehr. Da es keine Rückmeldung der Vermieter gab, konnten wir nur noch außerhalb des Grundstücks auf einer staubigen Wiese parken :-(

Schöner Urlaub in Premantura

Tolle, modern eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Traumhafte Landschaft und schöne Buchten am Kap Kamenjak. Kleiner, zweckmäßiger Supermarkt, Bäckereien und verschiedene Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe.

Schöne Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Haben in der Wohnung einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen um die Strände und Buchten in Premantura und am Kap Kampenjak zu erkunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist umfassend und modern eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch gibt es alles was man braucht (Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt usw) in fußläufiger Nähe. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert, schnell und nett. Ingesamt sind wir also rundum zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben unseren 14tägigen Urlaub in der gebuchten Unterkunft total genossen. Die Wohnung ist superschön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bei einem von mir selbst verursachten Problem 😂 , wurde mir von dem/der Vermieter/in während einem Telefonat sofort geholfen. Auch ‚Ivanca‘, Frau für alles vor Ort hat dabei tatkräftig geholfen. Nochmals auf diesem Wege vielen Dank. Das Naturschutzgebiet Kamenjak und auch alle Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Bei einem nochmaligen Aufenthalt in dieser Gegend, werden wir wohnungsmässig nicht mehr suchen müssen….

Moderne Wohnung

Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Das Haus steht leider direkt an der Hauptstraße. Zu bestimmten Zeiten ist das Verkehrsaufkommen sehr hoch. Dafür ist der Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc. gleich in der Nähe. Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Moderne Wohnung mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Die Wohnung ist modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen und entspricht einem hohen Standard. Der zweite Schlafraum mit den Einzelbetten ist ideal für Familien. An der Sauberkeit gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Es war alles tipptopp! Der Ort Premantura bietet eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und schöne Badebuchten. Fehlende Fußwege im Zentrum sind jedoch ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Der kleine Strand am Campingplatz ist für jüngere Kinder optimal zum Baden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Modernes Appartement

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Leider liegt sie an der stark befahrenen Straße in Richtung Nationalpark Kamenjak, wodurch wir den Balkon mit toller Aussicht so gut wie nicht nutzen konnten. In der Nebensaison ist es bestimmt ruhiger. Als wir ankamen waren alle Handtücher nass, dies hat uns nicht so gefallen.

Urlaub mit Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit liebe zum Detail und zum wohlfühlen eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es wirklich alles was man braucht..und mehr. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und das duschen mit der Regendusche eine tolle Entspannung. Die Betten sind super bequem und Dank Rolläden ist ein erholsamer Schlaf sicher. Kima in jedem Schlafraum Wohnbereich vorhanden. Mit Tina hatten wir eine super nette und kompetente Gastgeberin. Restaurants, Supermärkte und alles was man so braucht ist super in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten einen richtig relaxten Urlaub.

TOP Location / Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz und fühlten uns in unserem Ferienzuhause sehr wohl. Top fanden wir den schönen Balkon, von dem aus man eine Panoramaussicht hat. Wir hatten mit den Teenies einen Schnorchelurlaub gesucht. Permantura/Kamenjak war Klasse. Top Badebuchten. Wenig Sandstrände, aber Schnorchler wissen, dass man die felsigen Küsten braucht 😎. Erholungsfaktor pur! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von uns 👍 Sehr hilfsbereite Eigentümer der Ferienwohnung. Vielen Dank für die Tipps 🙏 kommen gerne wieder ☀️

Frühling in Istrien

Insgesamt ist diese Wohnung in dem kleinen Ort Premantura sehr zu empfehlen. Sie bietet alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Räumlichkeiten sowie die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet, der Balkon bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten und hat morgens Sonne. Die Vermieterin versorgt im Vorfeld mit allen nötigen Informationen zur Ankunft und zur Wohnung und ist sehr nett.

Neue moderne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. 2 Flachbildfernseher, W-lan, toller Balkon mit Meerblick, großer gesicherter Parkplatz und Vieles mehr. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (zwei Minuten Fußweg). Der sehenswerte Nationalpark "Kap Kamenjak" mit all seinen traumhaften Buchten und kristallklarem Wasser liegt ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür (Pflichtbesuch). Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Noch ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter für die tolle Abwicklung und Kommunikation.

Perfect Premantura accommodation

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment close to the centre of Premantura. The interior was immaculate with everything we needed; close to the vibrant village centre in the evenings, and peaceful at night. So many stunning beaches and sights nearby, this is a great base to tour the Istrian peninsula.

Traumurlaub an einem Traumort

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete FeWo mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Waren des tgl. Bedarfs (Brötchen, Obst, Minimarkt) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Große Auswahl an guten Restaurants im Nahbereich. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter-Kontakt mit hilfreichen Tipps für die Anreise und den Aufenthalt. Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Check IN und OUT problemlos. Sehr ruhig und bei Bedarf kühl und dunkel in der Wohnung durch Klima und Rollo. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal hinfahren, es gibt noch viele schöne Plätze zu erkunden!
