Good location, but overall disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the water drained poorly, leaving the floor wet after every shower. Breakfast and service were just okay, and for the price, I expected much better.

Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room.

All great. In a quiet area. Close to tram lines to all areas. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. We used the spa which was 20euros, which was a lovely experience. The bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable.

"We did not actually stay at the moderno as it was somehow overbooked. They did however organise another hotel for us, the Premeno a close walk away. They were nice enough to offer us a free beer on their very nice terrace for our trouble. The Prenemo was also in that old but effective style."

"The view from this hotel was amazing. The breakfast was excellent. However the room needs significant improvement. We had the premium suite lake view and it was missing furniture and mold was growing on the balcony. The kitchen was a nice touch but it was totally empty. No dishes or cutlery Thankfully, ..."
