Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. It is ideal for walking to many places and close to city transportation.

The room was clean, more than enough amenities and clean towels were big enough. All the staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, it was a last minute booking and we were very surprised. Great location and the staff were very accommodating to all our requests, highly recommend this to anyone.

Room spacious and clean. Breakfast excellent. Only issue was weather was unusually warm and room very warm. Tough to sleep as a result.
