Always a great stay!

Our 3rd annual visit to Prescott and staying on this property never disappoints. Susan and Randy are super easy, units are exceptionally clean and location is peaceful with easy walking distance to downtown. A wonderful stop on our annual southwestern tour.

Cozy Comfort

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy little home. The location was perfect for us to be able to walk into the town center and eat at the local restaurants and explore. It was interesting that the home is on the National Register of Historic Places. We selected to go there for our anniversary week and it was very much enjoyed.

A Real Gem in Prescott AZ

Adorable Cottage

The cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway and had everything we needed. The host was very gracious leaving snacks available. The location is perfect with a short walk to Whiskey Row. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Perfect Spot for a Downtown Prescott Visit

I was staying in Prescott for a trail race that started downtown. The cottage suite with all its amenities was an ideal base for preparing for the race and then celebrating afterward on Whiskey Row 🍻

Enjoyed our second stay at this property

The cottage is comfortable and supplies pretty much everything one might need. I suggest a separate trash can for recyclables. Also, cushions for the dining chairs would be great if you're spending time working while at the cottage. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown Prescott.

Home Away from Home

Property was immaculate and inviting. Owner provided complimentary snacks, water and coffee. Also provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Bed felt like heaven to sleep on, and neighborhood seems safe and charming. Would definitely recommend to other travelers looking to getaway for the weekend or stay a while.
