This adorable bungalow was a sweet find! Walking distance to downtown, easy check in process, clean property and very kind hosts who responded quickly to our correspondences. This was a memorable place to spend a quick anniversary getaway.
The Hosts were fantastic and the property was exceptional. Located close to everything and the neighborhood was quite and all the trees around made it perfect to sit out on the patio and read or just relax.
We got married in Prescott and decided on this property for our wedding weekend. It was perfect. Cute, clean, easy. We felt so welcome. Would absolutely stay again.
Super cute spot with a great location. Host was very responsive with any questions and a pleasure to deal with. 100% will stay again and recommend this house.
We are frequent visitors to the area and this was, by far, one of our favorite stays. I loved how comfortable the bed was, the linens and towels smelled fresh and clean and everything was clearly labeled. It was decorated so nice and an easy walk to the pie shop, a distillery, and Mount Vernon. Our hosts were communicative and kind. It just does not get better than this. 10/10!!!!!!!
Sweet little bungalow with lots of touches that made it magical. Loved the penny floor in the bathroom. The decor was adorable, the bed comfy, and it was super clean and welcoming.
Wondeful stay!!!
Booked for one night for a quick anniversary getaway and it was fabulous! Very clean and super cute/cozy.
Annie was very friendly and super accommodating - bent over backwards to accommodate my early checkin request.
Would definitely stay again!
Very comfy and cozy little house, very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to beautiful Prescott. Everything was easy and stress free.
The 1915 house was remodeled with historic touches and ambience. It was very cozy, had everything you would need in the kitchen and the bathroom floor was so uniquely made with pennies! There is a great outdoor space in the back and soothing front yard. We would definitely go back.
Location is great! We loved the nearby hiking trail and the short drive to town. It was a little warm in the primary bedroom and the tv didn't work. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed.
The grass front yard was perfect for playing with our toddler and the home inside is very clean and has easy markings to find things and for how to use things. Loved the bean bag toss they had to play outside and the cherry trees! The owners were super nice and replied pretty fast whenever we had questions and even gave local suggestions after we booked the place and right before going. Definitely suggest this one! Has everything you could need and super cozy
Wonderful stay at this tastefully decorated railroad home in downtown Prescott. We loved the home. The backyard with gas grill, table chairs and lots of birdsong was a lovely spot for barbecue dinner! The front porch area was our go to place for morning coffee and watching the parade of birds visit the birdbath.
Well-equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, host was very kind and responsive. My husband was a bit thrown off by the uneven floors, as he has a knee issue and wasn’t expecting that! The place had everything we needed, extra washcloths were provided upon request, and the bed was very comfortable. It is definitely a rustic place, which I expected. Washer and dryer on site were convenient. FYI, the dryer (during our stay, anyway) only works on the timed setting, but does get very hot!
This property is exactly as listed. Pros: VERY comfortable bed, clean, everything inside worked well and was in good condition, organized with everything we need, great location. Con (only 1 little one) no kleenex in the house. It was great and we would definitely stay there again.
Everything was advertised. Clean and comfortable. If you are taller than 6’3” or so, you may have problem standing up in the shower however. Cute place
The air conditioning was great. I don't have AC where I live in California and it gets hot in my house. The location was fantastic. Less than a mile to the Courthouse Plaza, Whiskey Row, and many fine restaurants. You can easily walk downtown to these locations. The house was very clean and well equiped with everything I needed for my weeks long stay. The King sized bed was comfortable. The house has spacious front and back yards and is on a very quiet street. The house has a private driveway close to the house so it's easy to loal and unload your car. The host, Ann, responded promptly to all my inquires. The house was just what I was looking for.
My husband and I made a last minute decision to attend the Prescott Courthouse Lighting. I've had my eye on this home and was so glad it was available. It is just as pictured! Beautiful, historical home with a modern touch. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Annie and Jay were quick to respond to questions that I had. This home is just a quick walk to downtown with plenty of shopping and places to eat. We took a peak at the bikes that are provided for guest use and they are in excellent condition. Sadly we didn't have time to ride on this trip. We will definitely stay here again!!!!
