Down stairs you will find a full laundry and special sunroom with access to the back patio and where you can enjoy your morning coffee, quiet time or painting your next masterpiece!.

Beautiful historic home. If your planning to rent in summer itdoes not have central air.i guess it depends on how you deal with heat.very warm inside.we just couldn't enjoy like we wanted.But if heat doesn't bother you i would stay there
