Cute place to stay in Prescott!

We absolutely loved this cute little house! It was quiet an parking was easy. It's next to so many restaurants and had all the amenities we needed. It was the perfect little get away. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Weekend getaway

We came up for a getaway and saw that wine and art festival was going on. This cute place was a 10min walk to Whiskey Row. The suggestions in the welcome folder were perfect for food and things to do. Diffently will stay here again.

Perfect Location

This was a wonderful place to be if you’d like to walk in historic neighborhoods and to the courthouse square in minutes. Breakfast at the Waffle Iron restaurant is steps away, although the kitchen is very workable if you’d like to stay in. My brother and I stayed and it was great to each have a bedroom and bath to ourselves. I look forward to our next adventure! Thank you!

Quaint Prescott 2 BR Stay

I booked this 2 BR for family to stay in over rodeo weekend in Prescott and it was perfect! It is a great location, with easy entrance (few steps), a quick trip to downtown (or about a 15 minute walk, depending on your abilities). You can walk to The Waffle Iron for a tasty breakfast, or cook something in the kitchen. The amenities are great - my family members commented that "every time I look for something, it is exactly where I would expect it to be." 10/10 would recommend and book again.

Nice place, bumpy start, ended well

Turned out our group was the inaugural rental. Water was not turned on and a few amenities were missing, as well as AC not turned on in prep for our arrival, it took a while to cool the place down. TJ (prop mgr) was quick to bring things over and get water turned on. One bedroom has no AC so it gets warm even with the fan going. Pillows were great but mattress was a tad uncomfortable in 1st bedrm. Master bedrm has its own AC and bath tub was WONDERFUL (shower door lets water out). Main bathroom clean with good water pressure & nice lighting, watch out for the dueling doors (from bedroom & entrance from living rm), they can hit each other, open door slowly! Kitchen was spacious with French doors to back patio. Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch. Warning water/ice dispenser NOT functional. Front porch seating was nice to sit and relax!! Watch out for the curbs they are sooo high in this neighborhood, you will hit your car door if you park too close, which has nothing to do with the rental property but be prepared. TIP: garbage can is out back patio door, down gravel walk way, you'll see it to the right....about 20ft.
