Whether you are visiting Prescott for an event or for its nature, this spacious and cozy 2 bed 2 bath is in the perfect location for any guest. It is exactly 1.5 miles from downtown Prescott, a 2 minute drive to the nearest hiking and biking trails, and a block away from a Safeway and restaurants. It also has a fenced yard where you can lock your mountain bikes along with a BBQ, cornhole, and a fire pit, so don’t forget the s’mores!

Recently updated home, new appliances and remodeled bathrooms. Open kitchen concept into living room with washer and dryer access and full bathroom off living room. Down the hallway you will access the two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, walk in closet, makeup station with full bathroom and walk in shower. 2nd bedroom features queen bed with reading chair and double door closet.

The backyard features a BBQ, Fire pit, Lounge chairs + table and seating for meals. The yard is fully fenced and very pet friendly.

You will have access to the entire home and complete privacy. You will receive a check-in code on the day of your arrival when the home is clean and ready :)

Peaceful getaway

The house was really nicely renovated and clean. It had everything you need for a couple of people. I liked that it allows dogs, there was a fenced in yard and dog bowls made available. Those small touches were great. The neighborhood was quiet.

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Shopping and Restaurants

This single story house suited our family of 2 adults, 1 teenager and a dog. It is nicely decorated and appointed with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The fenced property has a shady backyard where we enjoyed the cool mornings reading and watching the wild turkeys strutting about the neighborhood. Beds were great--firm and had lovely bedding. The living room sectional was not comfortable to us senior citizens--too low to the floor. Our teenage grandchild liked stretching out on it. We appreciated the landlord delivering extra paper supplies as we stayed a month. There were enough plates, pots, pans, but not enough drinking glasses and spoons. The landlord came by every week to take the trash bins out to the curb--very nice! This house is off a main street so we had easy access to a grocery store and the many restaurants in downtown Prescott. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend it to families and pets.

The house was as pictured. It was very clean and the owner does not give you a long list of things to do before you check out, with very simple requests. Easy check in and out. The primary bed was comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard and driveway. Quiet neighborhood with nice, relatively private, outdoor seating to take in the breeze. We would stay again.

Great Stay

We'd return in a minute, the house look just like it was presented on-line, clean and in working order. Just perfect for our first visit to Prescott. The owners replied to ever request with in minutes, making for a very easy stay!
