Excellent location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well cared for. The proximity to downtown was awesome. So much to do in the area. It has a great yard for our dogs.

Great stay!

We are a couple that travel with a small dog and this VRBO in Prescott was a perfect fit. The home was clean, with a well appointed kitchen, big screen TV, comfortable beds and a very nice yard for our dog. In addition it is easy walking distance to the town square where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Great little gem in Prescott

Well appointed and charming home in Prescott within a few blocks of square was a great place to stay. EXTREMELY friendly with a safe completely fenced back yard. Neighborhood is charming and we walked everywhere.

Perfect Prescott stay!

The house was perfect for 3 generations of family in town for a wedding. 4 adults and 2 teens were more than comfortable in this charming home. Very quiet neighborhood close to downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row. Perfect stay with great hosts! We would absolutely stay again.

Perfect for our family

Can’t say enough good things! Perfect location on a beautiful street a couple blocks from the square. Our family enjoyed the front yard and back yard spaces and the house was beautiful and set up perfectly for us and our two small kiddos. We’ll be back for sure!!

Birthday Trip for Late Husband

Loved every inch of this property! So cozy and quaint. Historic charm. Took advantage of front porch rocking chairs for morning coffee and the back patio for picnic dinner and playing cards! Walking distance to downtown. A little surprised to not have access to the upstairs as it is another rental, however we were lucky to not have anyone else staying there during our trip. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time.

The house is immaculate and tastefully furnished with all the immensities one could ask for! Location wise we were able to walk into town to enjoy breakfast, shop and explore. Our three year old granddaughter loved the tire swing and children’s books, especially Dr. Seuss.This VRBO received rave reviews and these wonderful reviews are well earned!

It was beautiful. I loved the elegance of the trim in the house in the history that comes along with. It is pretty freaking amazing. I love that it’s convenient and next to the square and you can basically walk to all your destinations.

Beautiful Historic Home

We loved our stay. The home was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk and also very close to downtown. My granddaughter loved the tire swing in the backyard and we also enjoyed sitting back there. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Prescott home

A beautiful 1909 refurbished home in a lovely Prescott neighborhood. An easy walk to downtown and whiskey Row. It is beautifully decorated and had everything needed to make our stay perfect! We had our little Carin terrier with us, and she loved the backyard and they had taken the time to put out treats, a dog bed and toys. Needless to say, we all, five adults and a little dog, had a great stay.

AMAZING - HOUSE FILLED WITH LOVE

Great family experience in downtown Prescott

The house itself is well maintained and the owners do a great job in having so many little extras that make it special. This includes a well appointed kitchen which is wonderful for families who don't want to eat out so much. On the other hand the home is a five minute walk from the courthouse park and many fine restaurants, shops and activities. It has a great backyard which our five year old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed as did our to small dogs.
