Spacious Condo

“Good Vibes” are what we hope you will feel when you arrive at this newly updated condo. This light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor unit is located just ½ mile from beautiful downtown Prescott’s Courthouse Square, shops and restaurants. This condo features vaulted ceilings and skylights which provide plenty of natural light. There is also a comfortable and spacious living room with a 55” Smart TV and electric fireplace. And there is a separate seating area to read or just relax. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a 55” Smart TV and ensuite with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, desk and spacious walk-in closet. All bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, high quality cookware and utensils; everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals (except the food, of course). For your comfort the condo is equipped with baseboard heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Direct TV, high-speed WIFI internet, washer, dryer, and more. There are two assigned parking spaces one non-covered and one covered. The condo has access to Granite Creek and you can follow the creek to a park near downtown Prescott.

Reminder this is a condo. We ask that you respect the neighbors, and NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the deck. Please, no pets.

Great condo in awesome town

The condo was clean and beautiful and in a great location close to town. The town is fun and safe and has a great vibe. The shops, restaurants and nightlife make this town worth visiting again!

Great Time in Prescott

Great location and ammenities

We had a fantastic experience during our stay! The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect and close proximity to our business venture. Memorial Day weekend

AWESOME…TONS of little extras. Snacks,water,coffee Wine!!! Phone chargers in every room!!! Clean… Check out process did not include having to do/start the laundry like many other properties. Highly recommend. GREAT LOCATION.

The location was great. We could walk to the Lazy G brewery. Easy to get to Whiskey Row. The place was clean and comfortable. Snack & water & wine available. Everything we needed for a great weekend. I would stay here again.

Wonderful condo

This is an excellent place to stay while in Prescott. It is clean and has everything you would need to be comfortable. The little things like water in the fridge and snacks upon arrival are a nice touch we don't often see. It is very close to a local grocery store and downtown. The binder has everything you would need as well as a listing of local restaurants if you aren't familiar with the area. We would definitely stay there in the future when we return to Prescott.

Lovely Stay

Lovely property. A sun-filled environment with lots to do close by. Was a great walk to Whiskey Row and lots of activities. Details included snacks, a bottle of wine, and lots of recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfy condo! The location was excellent (just a short ride to the courthouse square), and it was so quiet & peaceful at the condo. The condo was very clean & well maintained. The owners had great communication, and even left several nice touches (wine & snacks) for us to enjoy. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone looking for someplace to stay in Prescott!

Good vibes

Comfortable and convenient.

Comfortable, tastefully furnished and well equipped, the condo is also convenient since it is an easy, flat walk into town shops, restaurants etc.. Prescott is a very hilly city so this is a big plus. We were pleasantly surprised to find the area around the condo to be unofficial nature preserve; we saw several deer and wild turkeys!

Prescott Getaway

This second floor condo was quiet, clean, and roomy for two. Walking distance to old Prescott but partially sheltered from noise by Granite Creek. The owners provided all the amenities for a nice getaway - ceiling fans, AC, and a grill were appreciated! We look forward to returning.
