It was a nice hotel and very good for the price. The staff were all very friendly. We stayed for one night as a stopover.

Really nice hotel, lots of parking available, nice quiet location on the beach. Room was of good standard. Swimming and spa facilities were excellent. Would stay again.

Hotel been modernised to a certain extent,still could do with abit of TLC,carpets worn,some paintwork needing attention.other than that,we enjoyed our stay,nice comfy beds,friendly staff,nice breakfast.there was a private function going on so heard alot of noise until early hours,informed reception following morning and they apologised saying they had tried to move people away from the noise but i didnt sleep well at all due to the noise so didnt get the relaxing and peaceful sleep i went there for

Grumpy old man, but i will be back.
On the first night, we understiod there was a wake happening at the hotel in ine of the larger function rooms. We realised that some of these were staying at the hotel when the children were running around up until midnight. My wife had to say something. After that the room next to ours also had some of these as guest's but these stayed up until 0445hrs singing with load music. We couldn't get hold of reception calling several times. Look after saying this, we really do like the hotel and they did say they spoke to the person who organised the wake, and apologised to us. The second night completely different. The hotels winter menu is brilliant and what a steak and ale pie the best i've had. My advise to the hotel no wakes on a Fiday night or at least deal with the issues.

Great hotel in Prestatyn
Hotel is on the beach which is very clean. Hotel is lovely too. Hotel staff were lovely, a special mention to Sue at breakfast, (best poached egg instead of Salami) I couldn’t have felt more looked after & at home. I am a travel agent & stay worldwide & I would definitely come back here, thank you for looking after us!

CONTENTMENT
We have stayed before at The Beaches, It was the first time for a while and we were very impressed with the standards being as good as before because the hotel has a lot more bedrooms than previous visits. We found every member of staff to be very helpful and we will be going back for more visits in the future. Bar and restaurant staff were outstanding.

The hotel was better than expected Just don’t book with hotel com as they messed up big Time The staff at beaches rallied around to find me some where to sleep as they were booked soild Another couple had the same problem

Lovely seaside hotel..
I booked the sea view room and it was lovely, we could quite happily of sat there all day. It was a lovely place friendly staff and good choices on the menus for food. added bonus was the artist on Saturday night.

Overall the room was ok. Beds were comfortable. Showers in the room was dirty and the sink and shelves. Carpets all were dirty except in bedrooms. The staff were lovely but the overall standard of the hotel isn’t up to a 4 star. The pool heater was heating pool so couldn’t use the indoor pool as far to cold. No hot tube it was cold. Pool area need alot of repair. Sauna not working. Paid a lot for not great overall stay.
