"The excellent: the location, luxury, feel, staff. The only downside for one star off, is no air conditioning. Even in May, one evening it was fairly warm, and we would have appreciated AC. "Amazing views from the hotel, breakfast and dinner ok nothing special. Our room really needed maintenance. One wall was really moist (picture), we went to wellness area and when we were checking out they wanted us to pay 12€/guest, but I complained because the jacuzzi was not in use and the saunas were not hot, so we were there max 10minutes. People working in the hotel are very friendly and nice."
