Preze Holidays

Unfortunately our stay was uncomfortable due to several issues that were not clearly communicated before booking. 1. Cooling: We were told not to open windows or balcony doors because of the central AC/air-filtration system. Despite temperatures around 30°C during the day, our rooms remained extremely hot and stuffy. We repeatedly asked for the AC to be adjusted, with little effect. The first night we could leave our doors open, but once another guest arrived, we could no longer do so and had no practical way to cool the room. 2. Shared bathroom: This was our biggest concern. “Shared bathroom” appears only in the About section and is misleading. We understood it to mean a bathroom shared between our two rooms, not with a complete stranger. Had this been clearly stated, we would not have booked. 3. Noise/odors: The shared kitchen meant hearing another guest cooking and using cabinets and dishes, while food odors entered our room. Since windows could not be opened, there was no way to ventilate. 4. Payment: At 5 PM, the owner’s son knocked asking for payment while we were resting, despite being told we could pay at checkout. At 8 PM, the owner’s wife messaged again while we were having dinner asking for payment 5. Privacy: This is a family-run property with the owners living on-site, which can make the experience feel more like staying in someone’s home than a guest house. One morning you are being served pastries and the next you are asked who took them from the kitchen.

Staff not particularly helpful .. room was quite dark or very bright with the overhead lights. We thought it was supposed to be a 4 star but was definitely only a 3 at best . No breakfast option either . Will not go back and we do not recommend for a stay...!....... .n................................,.........................................................................hgyyyyyuyuu9h9g8g7f from tx TD TC 5c8yc8yc8c8yc8yc8yc0coyx8yx8ycoycoyxohxihxihcohcohcihci

Long story short, I’m looking forward to my next visit soon

The hotel was a lovely and clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is on a busy street so if you have a car it was difficult to park and check in. But the breakfast was wonderful, lots f selection. A very nice hotel and met our needs for 1 night in Durres.

Definitely recommend the double deluxe sea view room!!! Beautiful views and beautiful room. Staff are lovely. Near halal food and supermarket across the road Only around 10/15 mins walk from main strip
