"The location was fantastic, the breakfast very good, and the staff was great and very accommodating. The fridge, TV, microwave in the room were nice. I understand that the property is going through a face-left, which is needed. Some of the room (bathrrom) was not cleaned well but I'm pretty picky."

"It was very close to the casino, so that was a big plus. Pool and a pool table were a nice to have. We had a lovely buffet breakfest one morning, with the waitress brining us everything we needed and more, just to discover the next morning that buffet breakfest was no longer served - which was a huge dissapointment. The room was clean, and refreshed every day, but the black-out curtains were broken, so we needed to use clothes pins to close them togetehr. The hallways and elevators had unatended trash and food crumbs during our entire stay. The water jars in the reception area were almost always empty, and water was spilled all over the cabinet and dripping to the front of the cabinet and to the floor. Similar to the coffe table next to the breakfest area - spills and empty."

"Absolutely terrible experience—not worth the money. We booked a 4-night stay here but checked out a day early because it just wasn't worth the price. The room was in complete disrepair: none of the lights worked, the sink was broken, and the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional. To make matters worse, basic amenities were missing—no towels were provided, and the sheets were never changed. When I requested room service, front desk staff promised to notify housekeeping, but absolutely nothing was done. Save your money and look elsewhere."

"This hotel was so bad that we ended up not even staying here. We arrived around midnight and the doors that were supposed to be locked after 9pm opened right up for us, no key card, no buzzer, nothing. Then we checked in and check in went fine. We got up to our assigned room and immediately once we stepped off the elevator, the entire floor smelled like cigarettes despite being a smoke free hotel. We go to our room, open the door and it smelled like someone was sitting in the room actively smoking. We went back down to the front desk and no one was there manning it. After waiting about 5 minutes for someone to return to the front desk, I began searching for other hotels. While searching for other hotels, two individuals who appeared to be high on meth wandered into the hotel. There was zero chance I was staying here with my pregnant wife. Luckily we were able to find a room at the Hilton. We immediately booked it and headed over there. Terrible hotel experience, I’m fighting to get my money back as I type this."

"My room was not cleaned daily. We ran out of toilet paper and had to use tissue in the bathroom. On each occasion during breakfast, they ran out of items, and you had to wait around for it. First day, they ran out of bacon, hot water for tea and bread. Second day, they ran out of bagel, Mild for coffee and hot water for tea again. They had limited fruits"

"The room was okay. The curtains didn’t shut all the way—Lamp next to bed did not work. I forgot my expensive “Owala” water bottle. When I realized it was missing—which was ONLY half hour after check out—they told me it was not in the room. I know for a fact it was—left on nightstand next to bed. I just said to girl on the phone I hope your cleaning people enjoy it. Must need it more than me. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of this hotel. Will not be staying here again or giving a referral for someone to stay. Plenty other hotels around. Hampton Inn is up the street. Don’t like when people lie and steal."
