The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night. Olga at the front desk was particularly helpful.

The service was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean, with a comfortable bed, complimentary in-room coffee, tea and water was provided. My room faced an interior “courtyard” and was very quiet.
The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of options provided.

It’s about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town, convenient and a lovely walk from the other side of the river toward the Charles Bridge.

Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. ..."
