"The Stove was unclean when we got there someone had let something boil over.The couches are very old and uncomfortable.The view was good. The shower upstairs was so small could not shave your legs in there. I showered downstairs painted cinderblock walls. There is water leaking on the floor my husband said he thought from air conditioner I used towels there to help gather the water .The rug close by was wet. the Air conditioner worker well we had 2 hot days."

"Property was immaculate. I even asked our host if it was a new built! Near everything, but felt like a quiet and secluded hideaway. Incredibly well appointed, nearly every amenity was provided. Gorgeous views of the ocean from generous deck, sunset and sunrise. The beach is small and needed to be cleaned , which I assume it was not done because our visit was at the beginning of the season. "

"We chose this house because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint. The views are amazing and the house is comfortable and well appointed. The check in oils not be easier and the property manager was great. We would love to come back for a longer stay!"

"So glad I chose this lovely house. 10 out of 10 for the attention to detail provided by the hosts to ensure guests have a relaxed stay. Each room offers special touches and amenities.The cupboards were well stocked and instructions were easy to follow. A very short walk to the beach offers spectacular views of the sunrise and sitting on the back deck offer spectacular views of the sunset. What could be better! Great location if traveling with pets. Response from the host was instantaneous and helpful advice was offered when needed."

"Off season stay-Mother/daughter weekend away! View was amazing, and quiet. House had everything that we needed for our long weekend stay. Great restaurants in near by area, and some great outlet shopping! We were in the area for a field hockey tournament, the athletic fields were a straight shot in Frederica where we spent our days! Great location, clean, very roomy with 4 adults and 4 teenage girls. Four full bathrooms for each family to take one. It worked out so well! And Lisa was AMAZING, always replied within minutes!!! Highly recommend!!!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in good shape for the most part. The beds were comfortable. The appliances worked well and there were plenty of utensils, pots, pans and dishes for cooking. The only down side was the floors were dirty and I could not locate a mop or bucket so we could only sweep up sand."
