"We travel to Harlingen all the time, and this was our first stay in this hotel. The location is great, close to dining options and the highway without being too noisy. Staff was super friendly even when we had some issues with the booking, I truly appreciated their help. Rooms need to be updated a little bit, but they were clean and very comfortable. Our room in particular had a broken oven (door was falling off) which wasn't an issue because we didn't have to use it, and when we pointed it...

"When we arrived at our room we found the toilet not working and when we addressed it to the front desk they said they would go take a look at it but immediately decided to change our room so we didn’t have to wait. I loved their attention to the problem with a fast response. The room was super clean and they serviced my room as requested from the duration of my stay.
