This was truly a home away from home. What an amazing location with phenomenal views of the Dolomites. The staff was so warm and welcoming, the breakfast options were delicious and healthy. And they were helpful with any questions we had regarding the region. I have a feeling we will be back!

Hotel molto bello curato nei dettagli con particolari di collezione di cavallini, cani davvero molto belli. Accoglienza all'arrivo perfetta perccao per il check-out dove davanti ad altra gente mi veniva detto che la carta di credito al momento della prenotazione non era stata accettata mentre io insistevo nel dire che la mia prenotazione era stata pagata con Expedia. Figuraccia ovviamente con altri clienti in attesa di fare il check-out. Alla fine ci siamo chiariti con una mia telefonata ad Expedia per spiegare alle prenotazioni che l'errore non era mio. Purtroppo in alberghi così almeno prima di "sbandierare" la sua carta non è stata accettata, e altrie frasi con sorrisetto non carino non mi sono per nulla piaciute, mi aspettavo delle scuse diverse dopo aver perso più di mezz'ora per risolvere il tutto perdendomi quindi parte del mio ultimo giorno di tempo libero a San Martio. A parte questo episodio spiacevole, stanza bellissima, SPA molto curata e colazione spettacolare con personale davvero molto gentile
