"5 rooms unstaffed keyless hotel in a very convenient location in the center - it was a very bare bones kind of a hotel with the toilet being part of the bedroom, with a sliding door partition. The most difficult part was our door shaking every time someone in the building opened their door, due to the building being somewhat air tight. I will probably take the hotel again due to the amazing location and also for the cleanliness but it’s not for everyone. "

They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam "
