The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delightful, area was well maintained, and we had everything we needed in the room.
The only thing was that the tub needs to be reglazed.

I can not share a review of this property because I had issues with YOUR booking process and I asked for this reservation to be cancelled because there was a computer issue on your system that made my reservation for the wrong night. When I discovered this seconds after receiving my text confirmation, I immediately called Expedia and the property asking that the date of my reservation be corrected. I was told Expedia would work on it and they would contact the property. The property says they were not contacted. I requested by email that the reservation be cancelled. I never once received a phone call back and only had email communication.

We arrived late and only had about 5 hours to sleep before we'd have to be back on the road. The room was hot and never completely cooled off the entire night. The bed had a big dip in the middle which caused my wife and I to both migrate toward the middle while sleeping. The area was nice enough, but the hotel is i need of more upkeep than the owners seem willing to provide.
The staff was pleasant and efficient at both check-in and check-out.

I usually stay at a Marriott and I was pleasantly surprised with how modern, clean, quiet and good facilities and a good value.
A great hot breakfast also

Easy for travelers to reach. Excess to expressway, both on and off was very easy. And lastly the morning breakfast was excellent.

Front desk Reception clerk was prompt and courteous and gave us a nice clean, quiet King bed room on 4th floor. Reception clerk recommended a great Mexican restaurant called Campestre about half mile drive. Delicious food and priced reasonably. We have stayed here 2 or 3 times before and would stay again.

A lot of hotels that allow pets aren't very clean or updated. This hotel is. The room is pleasant, the mattress is nice, the staff was great and check in was easy.

The room was dated, no fan in the bathroom, entire room smelled funny. It’s an old hotel, the walls are paper thin. Furniture has stains. Found a dirty towel in the shower, so we are assuming it wasn’t cleaned. Not a good experience
