Ideal for a family beach vacation, this spacious, two-story villa offers top-notch features throughout as well as plenty of on-site resort amenities located just steps from your door. Start your days with breakfasts and fresh Kona coffee out on your furnished deck from where you can enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian breeze. Back inside, the open floor plan seamlessly combines a fabulous, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for meals, and a sunlit living space, all illuminated by large windows and a sliding glass door. Additionally, this home includes a TV to stream your favorite shows and movies, beach gear including chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, beach towels and a cooler.

The Main bedroom is the upstairs loft area with a king size bed, en-suite full bath, private lanai and privacy shades. Downstairs you'll find another bedroom with a queen size bed, a private lanai and there is another full bathroom just off of the bedroom. You'll also be able to get your vacation laundry done with the washer and dryer in the unit.

This quiet, family-oriented neighborhood boasts a community pool, walking distance to the Westin Resort and just a short 15min walk to the Princeville shopping center. You'll also find it wonderfully convenient to so much of the wondrous land- and seascapes of Kauai. Just a short drive away is eclectic, funky Hanalei with its one-of-a-kind shops and casual restaurants. Don't forget to get a shave ice from one of the local vendors. It's a Hawaiian treat not to be missed! For a truly breathtaking seascape, take the short drive to the Kilauea Lighthouse, with its sheer cliffs and mountains in the distance. Located within a National Wildlife Refuge, count yourself lucky if you spot one of the gorgeous seabirds or even a whale breaching in the distance.
