Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Pros:
Communication with the rental agency was very good.
Location was good and the unit spacious. All appliances, tv and fans worked.
Parking close to unit.
Cons:
Since there was no a/c, we relied heavily on the ceiling fans and the 1 floor fan in the masterbdrm. It was super hot in the unit from about 11a -early evening. Another floor fan in the 2nd bdrm and the lvgroom would have made the unit more comfortable.
The mattress in the 2nd bedroom wasn't all that comfortable.
The shower head in the 2nd ba needs to be replaced.
The bdrm closet doors were difficult to slide and were off the track
The window screens and the lvgrm glass sider track looked dirty.
The unit seemed like in need of some tlc.
The pool for this Bldg 1 was just ok, no umbrellas or good shade available.
