Larger Vehicles If your vehicle does not fit comfortably in the garage, please let us know before or after check-in. We’re happy to arrange an overnight guest parking pass for nearby designated guest parking. Per HOA guidelines, overnight parking outside the garage is limited to approved guest spaces and requires a permit.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The location was great, short drive to Hanalei and Anini. Having the option of an air conditioner was a big plus. My family enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.
The condo exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like home. They have everything you need and the location is perfect. The pool is right across the street which is very nice.
I would stay here again no problem 10 out of 10 in my opinion.
This property was nothing but amazing!! It was perfect for three couples. Location was convenient to the pool and tropical views all around. I would definitely recommend this condo. Communication was superb, description and pictures are accurate. Princeville is our favorite place in Kauai!! I hope to back soon!!
My daughter, sister and myself enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate with instructions for whatever you need. The rooms are big with lots of windows and great fresh air. The lanai is comfortable. we felt very safe there. I would love to go back very soon!
Phenomenal property! One of the best we have experienced! We really appreciated how things were labeled clearly so that we could immediately move in and start to enjoy the space. Beautiful pool and kind neighbors, located not far from stores, dining, beaches. Plenty of space. Note the closest beach is a short but moderately strenuous hike from the property. Although we did not need to use it, AC is additional charge.
Great property! Everything we needed for our vacation.
Home was as described and included a lot of amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, bikes). Plenty of room for our group to spread out and have some privacy. Didn’t need AC since 2nd floor gets nice breeze and the house has many fans. Pool is smaller than it looks in pictures but it’s steps away from the house. Nearest beach can be a tricky walk to access so make sure you’re prepared to climb down some rocks. (We preferred other nearby beaches that were more accessible We’d stay here again
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is well equipped with plenty of seating, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We cooked almost all meals at home even though there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. We chose the location to be able to explore the north part of the island without driving too much. The pool is very nice and right across the street.
Luxurious Quiet Princeville was the perfect place to stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and well supplied with all needed amenities. We loved that beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, and snorkeling gear were all available for our use. We took advantage of that daily as we visited the beautiful beaches of Kauai!

Nice location, across the street from the pool. Small food truck lot located in next neighborhood for easy walking. We have a family of 5 and we had plenty of space! We didn’t adjust the air conditioner but would have been nice to use at night! The extra fan for one of the guest rooms is loud but luckily, I don’t mind that!
We stayed here over the Christmas Holiday and had a wonderful time. The condo was as advertised, very clean, new, and spacious. We enjoyed the deck, and are located directly across from the community pool that was not very busy. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating. Nice big screen in living room and tv in Master. No TV is 2nd guest room. Also their are extras like beach chairs, bikes and coolers for you to use. Overall very happy with our stay. The owners reached out to us several times to make sure we were comfortable and everything met our expectations.
This was our second stay here, and it’s perfect. Immaculate home, pristine neighborhood, beautifully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, terrific hosts and management. The pool area and gas grills are perfectly maintained. Convenient walk to beaches and Princeville shopping area.
We had a great experience here. The owner, Dhivya, was very responsive and helpful. The condo was well furnished, especially the kitchen, which is a plus for us as we do a lot of our own cooking. We had six adults in our group and everyone was very happy with our experience there.
