*PLEASE NOTE*

- For Light Sleepers: Our condo is on the ground floor. Occasionally, you may hear neighbors walking by outside, or footsteps from the unit above (depending if it is occupied).

- Extended Stays: For reservations over 7 days, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep things clean and comfortable since there’s no laundry on site or on the North Shore. An $65 cleaning fee will be sent separately after booking.

- Starting 1/1/26, the State of Hawaiʻi is adding a mandatory 0.75% Green Tax to support climate efforts. This amount will be collected separately prior to check-in.

- Complimentary beach gear is used at your own risk. By booking, you accept responsibility and waive claims for any injuries related to gear use.

The unit was exactly as described. It was well maintained. We enjoyed that it was close to the walking path. The bed was very comfortable. It was perfect for our short stay.
