Your Family House (Ou Ohana Hale) is your vacation home on the north shore of Kauai. Newly remodeled throughout with clean, crisp, contemporary finishes, features and furnishings. Perfect base camp for your family to adventure and explore magnificent Kauai. Return home to rinse in the outside shower, then enter the AC-whole-house-cooled interior space to create and share a meal in the gourmet kitchen and in-or-outside dining, then relax in the comfy living room for movie-night on the 70" TV.

Quiet cul-de-sac within primarily residential area of Princeville. Steps to a 1/2 acre park, solely for the use of residents and visitors of this small subdivision. Short bike ride to beach access at turtle cove or Queen's Bath. 5-10 minute bike ride to beach access at Sealodge Cove, Hideaways, or Anini Beach, or to the One Hotel, Princeville Center, and numerous restaurants.

Great place and highly recommended

Our stay at the house was fantastic. The location is great. The house was in great condition, it appeared to be newly renovated. There were enough common household items to get us through such as laundry detergent. The beach chairs also came in handy. Highly recommended for future guests.

Amazing

Extremely nice, clean, and comfortable house in wonderful neighborhood. Had an issue with the oven while we were there and they were very quick to respond and provide a toaster oven we could use until the serviceman could come. Would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

Our experience with this property was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect and the amenities were as billed. The home was clean, modern and comfortable. Aside from the local roosters (ha ha!) the community was quiet. Having access to beach toys and boogie boards for our 5 year old was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean & Cute in Princeville

This property was very clean and well-stocked. It provided everything we needed for a lovely vacation in Princeville and I found the host extremely responsive to questions (though we had no problems and all info was easy to find). We appreciated the easy check in and being able to use beach chairs and boogie boards. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The photos are accurate - always a relief when booking a vrbo.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed your house! It was very clean and crisp. It had every thing we needed. It was located in the safe and beautiful princeville neighborhood and close to everything North Shore. It's very quiet there. We especially liked sitting on the back porch, watching the birds, and having coffee in the mornings. We liked the indoor plants. It made it feel like a home.
