Checked in and was given a room that had not been cleaned, was resigned another room on 3rd floor were traveling with a service dog so a lot of stairs. Breakfast was good, great service but unfortunately they were out of baskets and gravy at 8:00am.

The guy checking us in was rude, hated fe & his job! He couldn’t answer any of my questions & made me feel like I was bothering him!!!! Lady at check out apologized for how horrible he was. She was nice.
