Magnificent Luxury Villa Dominic

This magnificent, modern, high-style villa offers 233 square meters, optimal for accommodating up to 8 guests. On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking or serving meals. There is also a spacious living room lit by sunlight for pleasant gatherings with family and friends. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet for all guests. On the first floor of the villa there are three beautiful bedrooms, two of which have a separate shared bathroom, and one bedroom has its own bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by 612 square meters of fenced yard that you can use for your group's unhindered gatherings. You can sunbathe next to the large 35 square meter pool or refresh yourself in it. Next to the pool there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill, so that you can prepare meals to your taste by the pool.
In the yard, two parking spaces are offered inside the fence and two outside. Villa Dominic's entertainment facilities include a slide, swings and a playroom for children, while adult guests can have fun playing table football. Only 100 meters from the villa there is a beautiful bicycle path through the Mediterranean nature typical of that area.

Privlaka is a place in northern Dalmatia, located on a wide, flat peninsula of sandy soil in the area between the folded city of Nin and the island of Vir connected by a bridge, 20 km north to the city of Zadar. There are many different sandy or pebbly beaches nearby that you can explore during your stay.
Privlaka is a place known for its sandy bays and an ideal destination for a family vacation. It is also known as a place with a long fishing tradition. It is only a few minutes' drive from the oldest Croatian royal city of Nin, which is visited by thousands of guests from all over the world every year. During your stay, take the time to visit some of the beautiful Croatian national parks, such as Kornati, Krka, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica, which are an hour or two away by car...
The nearest airport in Zadar is about 20 km away.

Piękny dom, atutem jest kuchnia letnia w osobnym budynku, basen na wyłączność. Pokoje wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne, mnóstwo miejsca do przechowywania. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Przemiła właścicielka, która odpowiadała na wszystkie nasze pytania i była bardzo pomocna.
