Newbuilt villa with heated pool, located in a peaceful area in place Privlaka, is ideal choice for your perfect holiday in Croatia!
Villa is builet on area plot of 1000 m2, and has interior of 250 m2. Garden is decorated, and on disposal to a guests.
Interior consists of 4 bedrooms, of which one is master room, one has two single beds and two rooms have double beds.
On sofa bed is possible to sleep two extra person.
All rooms are air conditioned, have sat tv/lcd.
Kitchen is fully equipped,there is also dining room and big living room.House is modern decorated.All 3 bathrooms have shower and toilet.
Guests have at their disposal summer/winter indoor kitchen with barbecue place, table and chairs for extra moments with family and friends.
Heated pool has area of 30 m2.
Arround pool are deckchairs. Terrace has table and chairs, and outside living room with sofa.
