The luxurious Villa Roca offers you a comfortable and elegantly furnished holiday home not far from enchanting sandy beaches and quiet bays. Get away from it all here with your family or a group of friends, enjoy convivial cooking evenings and extended meals and greet each day with a magical view of the glittering Adriatic Sea. Plan your activities over a glass of wine, play a game of billiards and treat yourself to some cosy moments in the sauna.



First thing in the morning, take a dip in your beautiful pool before enjoying a delicious breakfast on the terrace. Recharge your batteries on the sun lounger and look forward to cosy barbecue evenings with friends. The villa is fully fenced, has a beautifully landscaped garden with flowers and offers plenty of space for children to play and have fun in the open courtyard during the day or at night.



Enjoy freshly caught seafood, Dalmatian prosciutto and flavoursome cheeses in one of the many taverns and restaurants. Marvel at the Krka waterfalls, take a boat trip to the picturesque Kornati islands and snorkel in the clear waters of romantic bays. Visit the famous Cerovac Caves, conquer the Zrmanja River on a rafting tour and stroll through the royal city of Nin and the historic city of Zadar with its sea organ and the greeting of the sun.

Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub in einer Top Location.Das Objekt ist außerordentlich und lässt (kaum) Wünsche offen.Als kleine Anregung für den Vermieter eventuell noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die das Urlaubserlebnis komplettieren würden:1. Leider kann über die Fernseher ausschließlich "Netflix" geschaut werden, "normale" Programme werden nicht empfangen und deutsche Sender sowieso nicht.2. Das Internet ist zeitweise eine Katastrophe. Da wir beruflich (leider auch im Urlaub mehrmals täglich) auf das Internet angewiesen sind, war dies zeitweise eine Zumutung.3. Der Billardtisch im Keller ist toll, aber die Erneuerung der komplett unbrauchbaren Pomeranzen sowie das Bereitstellen einer Queuekreide wären kein Luxus.Wie gesagt, das sind lediglich Kleinigkeiten, die das Urlaubserlebnis nicht wesentlich geschmälert haben.Der Vermieter ist äußerst nett, die Übergabe bei der Anreise sowie die Übergabe bei der Abreise (trotz der unmenschlichen Uhrzeit um 2:30 Uhr - war von uns so gewünscht aufgrund der langen Rückreise) wurden absolut unkompliziert durchgeführt.Fazit: wir werden wiederkommen ;-)
